MAG – MERCATO AGRICOLO GAVORRANO is a project for the redevelopment of a highly degraded area in Tuscany. The goal is to create a new center dedicated to the excellence of the territory, a meeting point for local farms. A logistics center for storage and sorting is directly connected to a covered market for wholesale and retail. A multifunctional space welcomes activities useful for product knowledge through a series of events, conferences, lessons, etc., which make the potential of raw materials fully known. A last building, evidence of the pre-existence, houses a restaurant where it is possible to consume the agricultural products sold in the market.
